felt the need to examine the eyes of the children, in whom the future
of the nation lies. Towards this end, we have been carrying out Free
Vision Screening at the schools situated in and around Coimbatore. The
Government of Tamil Nadu has now authorized and deputed our institution
to carry out the vision screening at all the High schools, Hr. Sec.
Schools and Government Aided Schools of the Coimbatore Corporation limit.

teachers deputed by the government authorities to carry out the preliminary
vision screening test at their respective schools and identify the defective
students. The hospital would thereafter extend further free treatment
